Stay moving
this summer.
From river valley trails to weekend races, your body should keep up. Our Registered Physiotherapists get you back to what you love.
Pain should not end your season.
Maybe you have been told to just rest, or to stop running altogether. Often that is not the answer. Most running injuries come from how you load and move, and they respond to skilled, evidence-informed care. The fastest way back is an assessment. After that, you have a plan.

If pain has stalled your training.
- Runner's knee, IT band syndrome, patellofemoral pain
- Plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, shin pain
- Hip flexor and gluteal injuries
- Ankle sprains and recurring instability
- Overuse injuries from increased training load
- Return to sport after injury or surgery

Quiet answers to common questions.
Do I need to stop running while I am treated?
Often no. Many patients keep running with modified volume during treatment. Your physiotherapist will guide what is safe for your injury.
How quickly can I be seen?
New patient assessments are usually available within the same week. Call or fill out the form and our front desk will book you in.
Is sports physiotherapy covered by insurance?
Most extended health plans cover physiotherapy, and we direct bill most major Alberta plans. Injuries from a car accident or workplace incident may also be covered.
Do I need a physician referral?
No. You can book a sports physiotherapy assessment directly. No referral is required.

Imagine your next run, pain free.
