Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy in North Edmonton

You don't have to live with this quietly.

Leaking, pressure, postpartum recovery, or pain no one seems to take seriously. A Registered Physiotherapist will listen first, in a private room, and build a plan around you.

So many wait years before saying anything.

Maybe you have been told it is just part of having kids, or getting older, or that nothing can be done. That is not true. Pelvic floor concerns are common, they are physical, and they respond to skilled, evidence-informed care. The hardest part is the first message. After that, you are not alone in it.

Who it helps

If any of this is part of your day.

  • Leaking when you laugh, run, lift, or sneeze

  • Postpartum recovery, weeks or years later
  • Pain during intimacy
  • Recovery after pelvic or abdominal surgery
  • Pelvic pain that has not responded to other care

Care that respects how private this is.

Every visit is one-on-one with a Registered Physiotherapist, in a closed treatment room, at your pace.
